We have one-a-kind pieces, meaning only one of each item is available. If you have questions about a specific item, you can contact us through our contact form or send us a DM.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, after receipt of your payment. The expected delivery time within Belgium is 2-3 working days and 5-10 if the package is sent to another country. 

Free shipping within all countries.

If you're having problems with your delivery, please send an email to info@vestito-collected.com or an Instagram DM to @vestito.collected.

All orders will be shipped to the postal address listed as the shipping address you provided when placing the order. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs if the shipping address is incorrectly provided.

If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to issue a refund. To start a return, you can contact us at info@vestito-collected.com.

Our rules if you want to return something and get a refund:

• Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after your package has been deliverd, to get a refund.
• Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
• Please note: items will only be accepted when shipped. Returns delivered personally by customers by our return address will not be refunded.
• Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
• Refunds are for the full cost of the items in your order minus any postage charge. Customers cover any return postage costs.
• We don't exchange products due to limited stock. 

While your order is being packed and processed, you'll see 'in progress' in your order history. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress.

We do our best to suggest a possible size range for each item but these recommendations are not a guarantee. All blazers are made to be worn oversized so it all depends on how you like to wear them.
