Shoulders
Take a measuring tape and extend it from one shoulder's edge to the opposite one to obtain your measurement. Alternatively, you can measure a blazer you currently own and fits you well.
Arms
Begin at the point where your shoulder meets your neck extend the tape measure down until you reach the desired endpoint.
Length
Extend the tape measure from the base of your neck to where it naturally falls to estimate the length.
